After a full on 24 hours at sea, the crew has reported some damage to the mainsail car bungy as well as the vertical wand which is crucial in order for the crew to read the weather accurately. The team are taking the decision to head into Belfast Lock, but still, sail to carry out repairs in open water before heading out north again to continue the record. The repair is expected to take 1 -2 hours.
